Christa Wiliams

Christa Williams has been dedicated to “engaging and igniting the potential” in people as executive
director of Sophia Transformative Leadership Partners Inc. (Sophia Partners) for the past 17 years.
Christa brings servant leadership to life for individuals and organizations across the nation. Christa is its
operational leader, strategist, instructional designer, and facilitator within Sophia Partners.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Oshkosh and Servant Leadership
coursework at Viterbo University. Christa is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with additional training
and certifications in servant leadership, compassionate listening, group facilitation, and coaching.
With over 30 years of executive leadership experience in corporate, non-profit, and educational settings,
Christa has been mentored, guided, and inspired by the foremost leaders in today’s servant leadership
movement. Christa specializes in Servant Leadership, World Cafe’, Strategic Planning,
Strengths-based Leadership, Facilitation, and Learning Experience Design
