Courtney Dvorak

Courtney is a corporate activist who believes in the transformative power of storytelling and education
to drive social change. Dedicated to ensuring each person can show up to work as their authentic self,
Courtney has devoted her career to helping teams navigate change while fostering inclusive
environments. With over a decade of experience in leadership development and organizational strategy,
she has collaborated with diverse teams to implement programs that focus on promoting inclusion while
driving results.
Outside of the workplace, Courtney is an Advisory Board Member of the Fox Cities Operational
Excellence Association and an enthusiastic cyclist and Breakthrough T1D Ride to Cure participant. She
lives in Appleton with her husband, their daughter, and dog. She also enjoys tending to her houseplant
collection, beekeeping, and live music events with friends and family.
