As a former CEO, Vicki has the hands on experience of mergers and acquisitions,
leading geographically separated teams, and building and executing strategic plans
for both private and public companies. This included building a high performing
executive team with a continuous improvement culture. Vicki believes in building
trust amongst teams to achieve greater results. She takes this experience to meet
you where you are and works with you to create the strategies and tactics to
achieve your goals.
Her experience in guiding and facilitating strategic planning helps clients not only
see where they are going, but also aligning teams to achieve the results. Vicki works

As a life-long learner, VIcki has her Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) with the
International Coaching Federation. She earned her BBA at the University of
Wisconsin-Whitewater and MBA from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
Vicki is a long-time resident of northeast Wisconsin where she lives with her
husband Jim and volunteers for various non-profit organizations in economic
development and educational areas.
