Terra Fletcher

Terra L. Fletcher is a fractional CMO, marketing strategist, and the
author of three books, including “Flex Your Communication: 47
Tips for Every Day Success at Work,” Flex the Freelance: An
Unconventional Guide to Quit Your Day Job,” and “Flex Your
Marketing: Scalable Strategies for Freelancers, Fractionals, and
Small Businesses.” With 17 years of experience, she empowers
entrepreneurs to build authentic, values-driven brands that
attract the right clients and grow with purpose. Terra has helped
countless businesses simplify their marketing, align their values,
and thrive in competitive markets. Known for her relatable style
and actionable insights, Terra inspires women to lead with
confidence and turn their unique vision into a standout brand.

Carolyn Jahnke

Carolyn Jahnke is the Founding Attorney of Athena Legal Solutions, where
she empowers women entrepreneurs with proactive legal strategies to
protect, grow, and harvest their business value. With over 20 years of
experience spanning nonprofits, startups, and corporate leadership, she is
passionate about helping business owners safeguard their success. Carolyn
leads a dedicated team that provides personalized, strategic legal guidance,
ensuring clients make informed decisions with confidence.
In addition to her work, Carolyn serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl
Scouts of Wisconsin – Badgerland Council and the Center for Community
Stewardship, reinforcing her commitment to leadership and community
impact. She also enjoys adventures with her husband, Roman, their four
children, and two dogs—exploring new places and dreaming big together.

Emily Jacobson

Emily Jacobson is a business leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate in Green Bay,
Wisconsin. She is the founder and owner of Green Bay Doulas, established in 2015, providing
labor and postpartum support, childbirth education, and family services. She also serves as the
Executive Director of the Wisconsin Doulas Association, advocating for and supporting birth
professionals statewide.

Emily is deeply engaged in community leadership. She is the Board Chair of NeighborWorks
Green Bay, promoting homeownership and neighborhood revitalization, and the Board Chair of
the De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, supporting local businesses and
economic development. Additionally, she was elected to the Brown County Board of
Supervisors, serving on key committees related to human services and criminal justice.

Her impact has earned her recognition, including being named 2023 Greater Green Bay
Chamber Young Entrepreneur of the Year. She also founded Diaper Green Bay, an annual
diaper drive in partnership with House of Hope, helping families in need.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Edgewood College in Madison. Her
expertise in business ownership, leadership, and community engagement makes her a dynamic
speaker on women in business, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership.

Theresa Lehman

Named as ENR magazine’s top 20 under 40, and honored as a LEED Fellow in 2012, Theresa is
credentialed as a LEED AP BD+C, ID+C, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, LEED Faculty, and WELL Faculty.
She is an actively involved with the International Well Building Institute (IWBI), the U.S. Green Building
Council (USGBC), Associated General Contractor’s (AGC’s) national Environmental Committee and
American Institute of Architect (AIA) of Wisconsin’s Committee on The Environment (COTE). Identified as a Subject Matter Expert, over the past twenty-five years she served on many national and local
committees, working groups and Advisory Boards, writes accredited exams, pilots third-party green
building rating systems, speaks at national and international conferences, guest lectures at numerous colleges and universities, and has testified several times to congress on the costs and benefits of green buildings.
The educational (school) market is Theresa’s favorite type of projects to work on. She is currently
working on the State of Wisconsin’s largest project to date, the UW Eau Claire Science and Health
Sciences Building that is pursuing LEED certification, and the largest zero-net energy middle school in the United States, the Menasha Maplewood school.

Miron’s sustainable mission is to lead by example to demonstrate the benefits of the triple bottom line,
including enhancing the health and wellbeing of people, minimizing environmental impacts, and
ensuring financial success via sustainable choices. As the director of sustainable services for Miron
Construction Co., Inc., Theresa’s role is to inspire sustainability throughout Miron’s culture, integrate
sustainability into their business practices and construction operations, lead their building green
education program, support their clients in establishing their sustainable goals, and serve as the
sustainability lead within project teams to create healthy, high-performing built environments with
Miron’s design/build partners. Theresa serves as the project administrator on projects seeking third-
party green building certifications such as LEED, WELL and Fitwel. She assists clients in seeking incentive
opportunities to ensure projects can invest in energy efficiency systems and renewable energy
technologies.
