Kristen Jonas

Why Capstone Divorce Coaching LLC? A capstone project, is a project that
serves as the culmination of learning in an educational program and real life
experience. As a Certified Divorce Coach, I received in depth training and
instruction. I pair that with experience (my own divorce) and coaching many
others over the years. Together that training and real life experience became
Capstone Divorce Coaching LLC.
As a strategist, I work with a wide range of divorce topics with people at all
different periods of their divorce. Some clients are just getting started,
some are struggling in the middle to finalize, and some are experiencing
issues post-divorce.
My focus is to minimize the negative emotional impact on divorcing people
and their children. At the same time, I work with clients to prevent financial
mistakes and navigate those unforeseen. I work with clients to:
Help you get started
Organize your needs to make best use of your time with your attorney
Be your thinking partner and talk through situations
Prepare for meetings with attorneys, mediators, spouses/ ex-spouses
Help weigh pros and cons in making decisions.
Work with a high conflict ex
Post divorce adjustment (financial, being single, co parenting, career
coaching)
Through my digital guides, most importantly the Parenting Plan and Variable
Expenses document, I can provide coaching that will set your future, and
your kids’ future, in the best direction possible.
I can best support my clients by being the person I lacked and needed on my
divorce journey!
