On behalf of the entire We EmpowHER Board of Directors, it is my absolute honor to welcome you into this community of strength, resilience, and possibility. Together, we are stepping into a transformative chapter where women and allies join forces to create lasting change.

At We EmpowHER, Inc., our mission is bold and unwavering: to educate, uplift, and empower women and their families across Fond du Lac County and beyond. We know that when women rise, entire communities rise with them. Every program, event, and initiative we lead is rooted in that truth.

Our work spans from our flagship Women’s Empowerment Series, to Sisterhood Support, Volunteer Work Program, Empowerment Exchange, Internship opportunities, HER Day, and our annual Spread Your Wings Gala. Each effort is designed not only to provide tools and resources but also to remind women of their worth, their voice, and their power.

At We EmpowHER, we also pride ourselves on being an organization of hand-ups, not hand-outs. Our programs are built to empower women with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to create lasting change in their own lives and in their communities.

What makes We EmpowHER so special is not just the resources we offer, it is the community we are building. We are here to educate, to advocate, and to spark conversations that shift culture. We are here to inspire youth, to empower families, and to ensure that every woman has the opportunity to thrive.

As Board President, I am deeply proud of how far we have come and even more inspired by where we are going. With your passion, voice, and support, we will continue to create a future where every woman feels seen, valued, and empowered.
