While we’ve served communities across the state, this event marks an exciting opportunity to build deeper connections in the Green Bay area. At We EmpowHER, we believe that when women are supported, families and entire communities thrive. Our work is centered around creating access—to resources, relationships, and opportunities that help women grow in confidence, stability, and wellbeing. By taking the stage, we’re not only raising awareness and funds—we’re inviting the Green Bay community to be part of something bigger: a movement rooted in compassion, strength, and collective growth.

Juliana VanLaanen
Behind the Dance
Juliana VanLaanen is a passionate entrepreneur, business leader, and advocate for women’s empowerment. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of 2MamaBees, an award-winning company specializing in eco-friendly, high-quality children’s playhouses and outdoor products. Under her leadership, 2MamaBees has grown from a small backyard Etsy shop into a nationally recognized brand featured in major retailers such as FAO Schwarz and Target. Juliana’s dedication to sustainability and innovation has earned her numerous accolades, including the Apogee Award for CEO of the Year, Enterprising Woman of the Year, and over 20 industry awards, such as the Gold Stevie Award for Small Business of the Year. In addition to her work with 2MamaBees, Juliana is also the founder of BZWork, a business process outsourcing company that helps businesses scale and operate more efficiently.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Juliana is committed to giving back and supporting organizations that make a difference. She is honored to serve on the board of WeEmpowHER.
Juliana is thrilled to be dancing on behalf of WeEmpowHER in the Dancing with Our Stars event. She believes in the power of resilience, community, and lifting others up, and she hopes to use this platform to raise awareness and support for an organization that is changing lives.
