The Women’s Empowerment Series

As the cornerstone of We EmpowHER, the Women’s Empowerment Series guides participants on a transformative journey, covering essential topics like mental and physical health, healthy behaviors, self-love, overcoming fears, career readiness, and more. Each participant is paired with a dedicated one-on-one mentor who supports and walks alongside them, fostering a meaningful path toward self-growth.

This program is right for you if you are looking to gain a sisterhood of women who you can look to for support and a peer mentor to walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs. The Series will provide you with community resources and special programs to help you create your best life. We serve women in crisis, major life transitions, or those seeking opportunities for personal growth.

Sisterhood Support

A monthly class open to all We EmpowHER participants, volunteers, mentors, and guests! This gathering is a time to connect as a sisterhood, enjoy each other’s company, and explore a fun, uplifting topic together.

This program continually evolves to meet the interests and needs of the women in our organization. Our focus remains on uplifting themes that resonate with everyone involved, fostering a sense of connection and community.

A place for everyone

Blossoming Sisterhood & MIT

Blossoming Sisterhood is an alternative class for participants unable to attend the Women’s Empowerment Series. Covering similar topics in a unique structure, it emphasizes goal setting, personal growth, and building a strong, supportive community. The door is always open to new participants who join us while the series is in session, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and included.

The Mentor-in-Training (MIT) program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective mentors, serving as the next step after the Women’s Empowerment Series. Participants engage in skill development, learn about personal boundaries, and build strong relationships while experiencing personal growth.

Virtual series to empower all women

Empowerment Exchange

Empowerment Exchange is a virtual program that takes place once a year, offering a unique opportunity as the only class open to the public via Facebook Live! Easy to attend, participants can tune in at their convenience. Spanning five weeks, all are welcome to join and engage in the experience.

What began as a program to address needs during COVID has evolved into an ideal platform to reach audiences across the state, country, and even the world! Empowerment Exchange continues to grow, expanding its reach and impact each year.
